YOGA PRACTICED


 









Today we were practiced  our yoga by the supervision of the sir Laiju. Sun salutation and its 12 steps were practiced  1)pranamasana

                    2)hastha utasana

                    3)hasthapadasana

                    4)aswa sanchalasana

                    5)dandasana

                    6)ashttanganamaskaram

                    7)bhujagasana

                    8)parvasana

                     9)aswa sanchalasana

                    10)hastapadasana
                     11)hasthauttasana
                     12)Tadasana   along  with these steps we practiced 3more steps, that is,  salabhasana, vajrasana and Danurasana.  BENEFITS OF YOGA IN MY PERSONAL  LIFE :-it improve my strength ,  body balancingand healps body maintaining, and flexibility. It reduced my muscle pain, it haelps me in a good level of stress managining and  it would helps tosleep well.
